Character Creation - Profile Info

CHARACTER CREATION:
First and foremost, we’d like to see originality. What this means is this: there is so much room in this RPG for so many different characters, different personalities, different skill-sets that it would be excessive if, as an example, there were suddenly two young girls who were born into a destiny of battling demons to save the world. In short, don’t “Single White Female” anyone already in play. Their concept that seems so cool and special when you’re lurking on their scene will seem less cool or special when there are twelve other people just like them running around the game. Be original and creative!

Important NOTES:
FAE
=ALL Fae creatures are born of two fae parents.
=All Fae creatures are considered myth by Humans;
=All Fae creatures blend in with humans and have the basic ability to mask their true appearance to disguise themselves. (Glamour = Natural Ability)
=ALL FAE have an occupation within the Human World, positioned within to aid the Fae Clans.
=All NON humans have supernatural strength, dexterity, agility and speed. (x3 of a human)
=ALL FAE have to be positioned within the Clans, or are considered Neutral. Clan members have benefits that Neutral members do not have access to.
=All FAE Creatures have longevity of life. However, they CAN BE KILLED.

Examples of acceptable Races (but not limited too): banshee, brownies, dwarf, goblin, fairy, troll, ogre, leprechaun, Will-o-wisp, elf, pixie, Knocker, Harpy, Satyr, Selkie, Drow, muses, griffons, -- anything mythological! - shape shifters, demons (seven types of demons, based on the seven sins).

HUMANS
=All Humans are considered Neutral.
=Most humans are unaware of this World around them as of yet. Save those who have a 6th sense.
=Humans can have any of the powers listed to a maximum of 2 at the discretion of the Moderators.
=Humans can be claimed by Fae and enter into Elysium. (The Cork)
=Humans can have ANY occupation, and ANY storyline - This is Modern Day Boston!!

OTHER
=Powers are above and beyond the natural ability that your race would have.
=NO Vampires (sorry but there are plenty of other RPG with Vampires out there!), No Mages, No Dragons - there are limitations unfortunately, even in this RP.
= Char image MUST be modern image - your human appearance!
=Sample posts are not required. However, should we feel your posting is disruptive, weak, or non interactive on a regular basis, or suffer from extreme poor grammar and spelling, the Mod’s reserve the right to ask you to leave the RP at any time.

You’ll need to choose Race and Clan (light, dark, neutral) and powers. The game needs balance in order to work! (IE, all Dark Fae and no Light = no fun!)
