History:
Gwenhwyfar is the illegitimate daughter of two high ranking memebers of the Seelie Court - the Count Ciarán and the Lady Róisín, who at the time, was one of the lesser king's mistresses. As a result of the betrayal, both Róisín and the infant Gwenhwfyar were sent away to America. She seldom sees her mother, who is prone to taking off with her latest lover and disappearing for decades at a time, and has a very rocky relationship with her father, whom was married at the time. She has several half sisters and brothers, although she does not have a relationship with any of them.
